I called four different contractors, and one landscaper who assured me he could do the job. It was hard enough to get the contractors to show up when promised and the estimates varied widely. Keith was the exception from the start. He showed up when he promised, gave us some options to consider and priced the job for less than his competitors. But the deciding factor was the professional book he showed up with that had beautiful pictures of his projects in New York, North Carolina and other states as well.

He was honest and saved me money by not setting me things I did not need. This was contrary to others who told me I needed this and that to keep my water clear. Keith was honest from the start; he told me it was very easy to keep the water crystal clear if I followed his directions. Needless to say my pond has been crystal clear and I didnt need a bunch of extra equipment or time to keep it that way.

He told me it would take three days to build. He started the project exactly when he told me he would start and finished it in three days as promised. It is always a joy to find a contractor who is professional, honest and punctual.
